Overview

This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed when you purchase Kadason products from ys-ph.com, operated by Ys Pharma Inc. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Policy.



Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover

  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay

  • PayPal

All available payment options are displayed at checkout. If your preferred method is not shown, it is not currently supported.


Currency and pricing

All prices are listed and charged in USD. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.


When your payment is taken

Payment is authorized and charged in full at the time you place your order. In some cases your bank or card issuer may place a temporary authorization hold before the charge is finalized. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed; you will receive an order confirmation by email at that point.


Subscriptions and recurring payments

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method on the recurring schedule you select until you cancel. The amount charged reflects the subscription price and any applicable taxes and shipping in effect at the time of each renewal. Full details on managing, pausing, or cancelling a subscription are set out in our Subscription Policy. 


Taxes and duties

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or equivalent is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.


Payment security

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI DSS–compliant checkout and payment providers. Card data is encrypted in transit and handled directly by our payment processor. Ys Pharma Inc. does not collect or store your full card details on our own systems.


Declined or failed payments

If a payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed and no products will be shipped. Please check your payment details or contact your bank, then try again. For subscriptions, if a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription order may be paused or cancelled.


Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and any stated expiry dates. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be applied per order, and codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.


Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines.
